Stan brings 40+ years of industry experience gained through both senior management and board level positions at KLM Cargo, Atlas Air and AirBridge Cargo/ Volga-Dnepr. As a consultant Stan has assisted, GECAS, GE/Lynxs, Avia Solutions UK ltd., Steer Davies and Gleave Ltd., XL Airways France, and numerous global financial institutions and airports around the globe. In 2012 Stan was named as one of the top 100 most influential people in freight by IFW/Lloyd’s list in the UK. Stan is also the recipient of two prestigious “Lifetime Achievement Award” by Air Cargo News UK for 2007 and Air Cargo India, STATS Times in 2012.

Senior Executive Director

Lilian has over 20 years of international experience in senior sales and marketing positions in Panalpina World Transport, TNT International Express and KLM Cargo. She is an ACC3/RA3/KC3 EU AVSEC Validator.

 Lilian delivers programs on behalf of IATA, TIACA and other organizations and facilitates at the IATA-University of Geneva Aviation Management Program. She is also an accredited Coach and qualified Train-the-Trainer.

 She applies a pragmatic and commercial approach while focusing on bringing out the best in each individual.

Jack F. Keery

Senior Associate Consultant

Jack has been part of the air cargo industry for over 40 years beginning with a sales and operations career. After holding senior and executive management positions with scheduled airlines and the FedEx enterprise in Canada, Jack began a consulting and interim management career that now spans +25 years, having served clients such as IATA, British Airways, KLM Cargo, Cargo Service Centre (CSC), Swissport and the GE/Lynxs Group, amongst others.

Uwe Beck and Ralph Goetz

Property, Facilities and Systems

Both Uwe and Ralph bring to SASI clients decades of global experience in state of the art air cargo facilities design, and in particular material handling system (MHS) technologies. Under their leadership, leading airlines in the world have benefitted with both greenfield and brownfield site facility improvements covering all aspects required in today’s air cargo environment.

SASI team clients have included major airports in North America, Europe and the Gulf.

John McDonagh

Europe, Middle East & Africa

John brings with him more than 40 years of aviation experience and began his career with Trans World Airlines in 1969.

In 1977 John joined Martinair Holland and for almost 20 years held various management positions within the company, lastly as Senior Vice President for Europe.

John pursued a career in ground handling and was appointed CEO of Cargo Service Center (CSC), responsible for all worldwide activities until its takeover by Swissport in 2002.

Since then, John has been an independent Aviation Consultant specializing in cargo, ramp, sales and security handling worldwide and has to date consulted various of the world's leading handling entities.

Roy Douthwaite

Logistics and IT

Roy has over 35 years of air cargo, aviation operations and Cargo IT Systems experience gained through in-depth training, knowledge and practical experience across a broad spectrum of roles in air cargo, passenger, air operations and aircraft fleet management.

Roy has an extensive knowledge of successful strategies in key areas and leads the team in new products such as E Commerce, Freight Forwarding, GSSA support and IT system environments from Customer Service to Management Information Systems and cargo accounting. Roy is based in London, England.

Paul Sawhny

Sales, Leasing & Aircraft Technical Services

Paul is a highly specialized professional who focuses on fleet planning and asset management in the aircraft market. Paul recently led engagements with large multi-national equipment Lessor and financial institutions in the development of freighter fleet planning strategies. In addition Paul has played an important role in concluding the procurement of aircraft for various operators and financial institutions. Paul is regarded as the leading industry expert on the conversion of passenger aircraft to all cargo configurations.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and a MBA in Business Administration and is based in New York.
